-
These four living creatures had the likeness of a man.

Every one of them had four faces and four wings.
-
Their feet were straight and the sole of their feet was like the foot of a calf.
-
Their feet also sparkled like burnished brass.
-
They had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides.
-
Their wings were joined one to another.
-
All four of them had the face of a man and the face of a lion on the right side and the face of an ox on the left side.
-
They also had the face of an eagle.
What do these creatures symbolize?
a) Lion - kingly authority
b) Eagle - swiftness, farsightedness
c) Man - wisdom and intelligence

Who are the twenty-four elders that sit on the twenty-four thrones?
And Jesus said to them (His disciples), “Truly I say to you, that you who have followed
Me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on His glorious throne, you also shall sit upon
twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
