CHAPTER 14
Part Two
THE PERSEVERANCE OF
THE SAINTS
12) Here is the perseverance of the
saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.
13) And I heard a voice from heaven,
saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from
now on!” “Yes,’ says the spirit, “that they may rest from their
labors, for their deeds follow them,”
Blessed
are the dead who
die in the Lord
For the Lord Himself will
descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel,
and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise
first.
(1st Thess. 4: 16)
14)
And I looked, and behold. A white cloud, and sitting on the cloud
was one like a son of man, having a golden crown on His head,
and a sharp sickle in His hand.
One like
a son of man
refers to Jesus
“ I (Daniel)
kept looking in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of
heaven One like a son of Man was coming, and He came up to the
Ancient of Days and was presented before Him.”
(Dan. 7:13)
15) And another angel came out of the
temple, crying out with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud,
“Put in your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come,
because the harvest of the earth is ripe.”
16) And He who sat on the cloud swung
His sickle over the earth; and the earth was reaped.
ALL
OF THE CHRISTIANS ARE NOW GONE FROM THE EARTH.
According to Matt.
24:31, the angels will reap the harvest of born again
believers in Jesus Christ.
And
He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they
shall Gather together His elect
from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the Next.
