Statement
of Faith
1.
We
believe in God, the Father, the Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth (Genesis
1: 1)
2.
We believe in His only begotten Son,
Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day,
according to the scriptures (1st Corinthians
15: 3-4)
3.
We believe in the Holy Ghost – the
power of God – that overshadowed Mary and caused her to be the vessel through
whom God sent His son, Jesus Christ, to this earth.
(Luke 1: 35)
4.
We
believe that this same Holy Ghost is given unto us when we repent and are
baptized for the remission of sins, in order for us to be able to live a
victorious new life in Christ (Acts 2: 38)
5. We believe that the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life, which can only be obtained through salvation in Jesus Christ, our Lord. (Romans 6: 23)
6. We believe that Jesus Christ will come again at His second and final advent, to take all those who believe in Him to live with Him forever (1st Thessalonians 4: 13-17)
If any man be in Christ he is a new creature: old
things are passed away, behold all things are become new.

Corinthians 5: 17)
